What is a Group Legal Plan?

Hyatt group legal plans are Smart, Simple & Affordable®. They are an easy-to-administer, voluntary benefit that address this issue by providing affordable, convenient legal counsel for everyday personal legal needs.

Hyatt’s group legal services are generally offered as part of a flexible benefits menu from which the employee selects benefits most appropriate to his or her needs. Our voluntary benefit is typically paid for by the employee through payroll deductions, which are around $20 per month.

Once enrolled, employees have access to an attorney, as if on retainer, through Hyatt’s nationwide network of more than 14,000 pre-qualified attorneys. Employees may contact an attorney for representation for a wide range of legal services, in addition to telephone advice and office consultations on an unlimited number of personal legal matters.
