Hyatt Legal Plans Selected as a 2016 Customer Service Awards Honoree

CLEVELAND, Nov. 22, 2016 – Hyatt Legal Plans was recently selected as an honoree by Smart Business Magazine for their 2016 Customer Service Awards. The awards recognize local companies for their commitment to providing superior customer service.

The 2016 Customer Service Awards honored 25 Northeast Ohio companies for their customer service, both internally and externally. Smart Business started the awards program to raise awareness of the importance of customer service in the business world and to share best practices from those who do it best.

  • Percent of Service Level: 95.54% of calls answered within 20 seconds
  • Average Speed of Answer: 2.25 seconds
  • Abandonment Rate: 0.42%

Honorees were recognized at a luncheon earlier this month and are featured in the November issue of Smart Business Magazine.  Other local honorees included Embrace Pet Insurance, AXA Advisors, Petitti Garden Centers and Staffing Solutions Enterprises.
