Hyatt Legal Plans Awarded a Silver Stevie in the American Business Awards

CLEVELAND, May 5, 2017 – For the second year in a row Hyatt Legal Plans has been recognized by the American Business Awards for excellence in customer service. Hyatt was awarded with a Silver Stevie in the Customer Service Department of the Year category, which recognizes excellence in customer service among companies of all sizes across the U.S.

Hyatt Legal Plans has consistently been recognized for its customer service in recent years. Hyatt Legal Plans put a strong focus on training representatives to handle complicated customer service issues. Every Client Service Representative receives extensive training on how to assist callers with sensitive situations related to legal matters as well as how to resolve issues for members quickly and efficiently.  This year, Hyatt Legal Plans invested in a new customer service training program that focuses on making customers feel special and ways they can connect with customers during a short conversation.
