Client Service Center Representative

What You’ll Do/Need:

The Client Service Representatives answer inbound calls from customers in order to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products & services.


  • Answers inbound phone calls from current members, potential members and plan attorneys to provide information regarding using the plan, plan coverage, eligibility, written document requests and referrals

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to think critically, problem solve, communicate and manage task execution
  • Strong communication, client service, and time management skills
  • History of client service experience

  • Actively applies feedback and strives to improve performance to meet or exceed departmental and individual goals
  • The ability to fluently read, write and speak Spanish
  • Previous experience handling customer contact via email and/or chat
  • Bachelor degree from an accredited university

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This job operates in a professional office environment. This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday, hours range from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  This position requires no travel.
