Our network attorneys are managed, monitored and evaluated on performance and service by a dedicated department of Panel Representatives who are overseen by our General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. In a recent survey, 96.5% of Hyatt's Participating Law Firms rated their experience with us as "good" or "excellent."  We monitor network performance through audits, telephone calls and office visits that test service levels, client feedback, surveys and daily contact.
