We ensure quality in the attorney network through careful initial selection, training, close supervision, regular communication and client feedback. Our network attorneys are managed, monitored and evaluated on performance and service by a dedicated department of Panel Representatives who are overseen by our General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. We monitor network performance through audits, telephone calls and office visits that test service levels, client feedback, surveys and daily contact. All attorneys agree to our Attorney Code of Excellence before joining our panel
