Access to your legal plan is available through "Members Only" at www.legalplans.com or via our 800 number.

Internet Access
Use the Social Security Number or the LawPlan® membership number of the plan member to enter the web site. This verifies your eligibility. Once inside our web site you can:

Click on "Coverage Categories" to get an indication of whether your legal matter is covered (your LawPlan® Attorney will make the final determination);
Click on "Attorney Locator" to find the most convenient LawPlan® Attorney Office;
Click on "Obtain Case Number" to receive a Case number your LawPlan® Attorney will need to provide service.
You then call the LawPlan® Attorney to schedule an appointment at a time convenient to you. Evening and Saturday appointments are available.

Telephone Access
Simply call 800.821.6400 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, Eastern time.
Be prepared to give your Social Security number or LawPlan® Membership number. If you are the spouse or an eligible dependent child of a plan member, you will need the member’s Social Security number or LawPlan® Membership number.
The Client Service Representative who answers your call will:

Verify your eligibility for services;
Discuss whether and to what extent your case is covered (the LawPlan® Attorney will make the final determination of coverage);
Give you a Case Number that is similar to a claim number (you will receive a new Case Number for each new legal matter you have);
Provide you with information about the LawPlan® Attorneys most convenient to you; and
Answer any questions you have about LawPlan®.
You then call the LawPlan® Attorney you select to schedule an appointment at a time convenient to you.
