Preparing, filing, or completing any tax returns. Bankruptcy. Any matter involving Hyatt Legal Plans, Inc., Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Metropolitan Property & Casualty Insurance Company, any LawPlan Attorney, sponsoring or offering companies, or the subsidiaries or affiliates of any entity listed above. Any matter that is frivolous, harassing, or otherwise in violation of ethical rules. Any matter for which an attorney-client relationship exists prior to the participant becoming eligible for plan benefits. Any employment-related matter, including company or statutory benefits. Any matter where there is a conflict between the primary member and the spouse or dependents, in which case only the primary member is entitled to services.
