Our Client Service Center is staffed with knowledgeable, friendly representatives who go through an extensive four-week training process to ensure they are prepared to meet your needs. During business hours your calls are answered within an average of five seconds, and there are no imposed talk-time standards. All representatives are committed to living up to our motto of “Quality Service Always.” Clients see the value in our service and tell us about it through letters and surveys.
Unlimited Access to a Nationwide Network of Attorneys
Our legal plans provide unlimited access to any attorney, anywhere, anytime.® Members have the option of obtaining service from our pre-qualified network of attorneys who adhere to an Attorney Code of Excellence. When plan members use a network attorney, there are no hour limits, page limits, claim forms, co-pays or waiting periods to access covered services. Plan members may also choose to obtain service from an out-of-network attorney and be reimbursed according to a set fee schedule.
