Hyatt Legal Plans Wins Smart Business Magazine Award for Highest Customer Service Standards
Cleveland, OH, June 22, 2011 – Hyatt Legal Plans, a MetLife company, is proud to be recognized as an honoree and category award winner in the 2011 Smart Business World Class Customer Service Awards. Hyatt Legal Plans won in the "Service Standards" category after being named a 2011 Honoree. The organization was named an Honoree in recognition of its customer service philosophy, customer service systems, customer service promises and customer service culture. The "Service Standards" award was earned by providing customer service that sets the bar high for standards in customer service. The awards, along with a plaque commemorating the achievement, were presented to Hyatt’s Director of Client Service, Chris Tomsa, and Hyatt’s General Counsel and Vice President of Operations, Andrew Kohn. The ceremony took place June 9, 2011 in Cleveland, Ohio.
