American Prepaid Legal Services Institute Hosts Annual Conference in Cleveland
Over 100 attorneys from across the country to attend
Cleveland, OH – April 5, 2012 – The American Prepaid Legal Services Institute (API) will hold its annual conference in Cleveland, May 3 - 5, 2012, and is expected to bring more than 100 attorneys and prepaid legal plan administrators to Northeast Ohio. Hyatt Legal Plans, a MetLife company headquartered in Cleveland and member of API, will sponsor an evening event at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. Headquartered in Chicago, API is an affiliate of the American Bar Association and a professional trade organization representing prepaid legal insurance plans. Its mission is to advance the industry by providing leadership, education and representation in the public interest.
“Having the API annual conference in Cleveland is great for the city and for the organization,” said Robert Dzik, president of the API and assistant general counsel at Hyatt Legal Plans. “Members will have opportunities to enjoy the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, excellent Cleveland restaurants, entertainment, parks and museums, along with all the other wonderful things the city has to offer,” said Dzik.
The API offers a variety of educational opportunities, including the annual conference which is always hosted in a different U.S. city. During the conference, members and non-members will learn about the latest trends in the prepaid legal insurance plans field and have networking opportunities.
Friday Night Event Sponsored by Hyatt Legal Plans
